The Williston Highlands near the Goethe State Forest consists of several sections. Most notably is the Williston Highlands Golf & Country Club Estates located at State Road 121 South in Williston, Florida.
Just west of the golf course is Williston Highlands Unit 14 and 12 and to the south are Williston Highlands Unit 7 and 5.

The Williston Municipal Airport is located just East of the Williston Highlands Golf Course and the Ocala International Airport is less than 30 minutes away. Cedar Key and the tranquil beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are equally close by.

| Williston Highlands Unit 5 to the South occupies both sides of State Road 121 just above the intersection of County Road 326. This unique unit varies from beautiful long flat vistas of farm land on the west side of the highway to rich rolling hills offering treetop views of the east side of the highway. The roads are regularly graded and well maintained.
Lots and acreage of various sizes are still available at reasonable prices.
